7 cup tart apples
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp cream
2 tsp butter
milk (you're going to thinly coat the top of the crust with it)
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
Turn your oven on 400 degrees F.
Roll the pie dough to about a 17" circle. Lay in a 9" pie pan with the edges hanging down. Slice the apples. Mix the apples with the granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cream. Pour in to the pie pan then pull the extra pie crust overtop the apple mixture. Divide the 2 tsp of butter into little pieces and put them on the apples. Spread the milk with a brush all over the dough. Sprinkle the sugar over the crust.Pin It
